Everything above is free to use. A licence key adds two things:
- A printable annual Receipts and Payments report for your members, on A4 or US Letter paper, with signature lines for the treasurer and the independent examiner.
- CSV export of your entries and of your summary, to open in a spreadsheet or to keep as a copy.
Licence keys are not on sale yet. When they are, this page will say where to get one.
The key is sent to this website only, to confirm it. It is not saved on this device, so you type it again each time you come back to this page.
If your printer window shows a different paper size, choose the same size there too.

7. Your data
Your figures are processed in this browser. This cash book is saved in this browser, on this device only (the browser's local storage, called localStorage). It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no account or password.
That also means it is not on your other devices, and it is lost if you clear your browser's saved website data or use a private window. Keep your paper receipts and bank statements as usual.
The printable report is locked. Enter a licence key on the page to unlock it.
